Ohgawd. You know what? There's nowhere in Singapore where they sell the correct pistachio ice cream/gelato. Most have the coconutty taste (otherwise tasteless) which is not right at all. Eunice from Tom's Palette is trying to perfect hers. I tried her alpha batch yesterday. It's really awesome! Thick and rich but too rich haha. She is thinking of getting it out by next month. Man I can't wait!
I love pistachios! I love ice-cream. A marriage made in Heaven.
