Happy Holidays!

I know this is kind of late but I've just been enjoying being back in Perth and doing absolutely nothing for the past few days, which is in itself a much needed luxury. Just want to wish you all an absolutely fantastic holiday season and a Happy New Year.

Happy Holidays to you also. "Back" in Perth? You live there? It has long been my dream to travel there, and visit Austrialia (Perth and Sidney) and then New Zealand. I guess we all want to see or be somewhere we are not. Where I live is also considered a "garden spot" and we have many tourists. "Blue Ridge Mountains of NC, US. Clean mountain ranges, clear streams, land of the Eastern band of the Cherokee Nation and only 300 miles to the beaches. But it is just home to me. Maybe I need to open my eyes a little wider, and see what others see. Since this is a food blog, I have a question or two. What are the "bugs" like that are similar to lobster? Do you serve them with drawn butter? Are they expensive? Over here, Maine (cold water) lobster is almost prohibitley expensive for most folks, ( I really cannnot remember the last time I had some.) Wish you well in 2009.

Hey dude,

Happy new year to you too.

I'm not sure what happened to the comment that you left on my site. I published it along with some other left by someone from Foodbuzz, but somehow it didn't appear.
